1) use disk cleanup in start / programs / accessories / system tools / delete everything that it gives you the option to delete
2) do start / seach / for files or folders / put in *.tmp / delete every file that the system finds. 
3) Go into IE / tools / options / then click the buttons - delete cookies, delete files, and clear history / click ok.
