As Monty Python use to say, “And now for something completely different!”  

The last time that I got a response from posting what I’m about to post, the response was, “That’s Occult!!!” The bully who posted that response was absolutely correct; hidden it is. And that’s the definition of occult; that which is hidden. People don’t yet have a clue, so it’s definitely hidden, and therefore occult, by definition.  

I have two subjects to talk about here; both revolve around bullying. One is the cause; and the other is an example of it in my last job. Both are hidden. 

Let us tackle the easy one first. In my last position, I worked for the IT backbone of the DOD; an agency that is, in many ways, more secretive than the CIA itself. The alpha male in the Windows team used me as his whipping boy.  

When I was a child I got bullied. So I learned martial arts. And I’m not too bad at it also. But, as a contractor, if you want jobs with the U.S. Government you can’t go around breaking the bones of Civil Servants. And the whole Windows server team was both Civil Service employees and ex-military. And I was neither.  

My coworkers asked me to go to lunch; on my first day. I declined. I didn’t put in the effort to bond with these bullies. The largest one, not the alpha male, said, “I don’t want to be his whipping boy.” They all knew who that was.  

One of them, not the alpha male, called me a son-of-a-b&^(*&^ when he went off on me one day; in front of a tier 3 representative of their biggest customer, DHSS. [That’s Defense Health Services; not homeland security.]  And that was nowhere near the worst of what happened.  

The alpha male yelled at me so loud that you could hear it across this huge room. I wasn’t the only person that he tried to pick a fight with. I just happened to sit next to the fellow and was the easiest person for him to take his frustrations out on.  

People reading this would probably say why didn’t you either wipe the floor with him or go to his boss? I’ve already somewhat explained the reason for my avoidance of conflict part. Plus his boss knew what was going on. The group sided with the bully; including up the chain. I knew that Civil Servants would never side with the contractor; or the person who wasn’t ex-military.  

So when their biggest customer, DHSS had its money start running out, and there was less work, for twice as many people to do, they probably were trying to figure out who to get rid of; so that there would be plenty of work to keep them going. I was the only contractor in the group. So they said, on paper, and to my contracting company employer, essentially, …that I hadn’t learned my stuff that they were teaching me,” and told me to take a hike. I, indeed, had made a mistake on a server. But they were all guilty of making mistakes also. Nobody walks on water that I’m aware of.  

And now let’s go to the second topic surrounding bullying; the cause. The first step would be to read an introduction to the topic such as Excerpts from the "An Entity" chapter (pp.373-381) of Michael Chrichton's (Andromeda Strain, Terminal Man, Jurassic Park, Rising Sun) autobiographical book, "Travels" available at http://www.profoundstates.com/entity.htm.  

This famous author has the same problem that relatively 100% of the rest of the human race also has. And, like him, they also don’t have a clue that they have this problem. It is the cause of the bullying. And it is the cause of the responses to bullying; like that of the school shootings.  

I remember a young psychic woman calling into the second most listened to talk show on the planet, what use to be called “The Art Bell Show;” and what is currently called “Coast to Coast AM.” http://www.coasttocoastam.com  

At that time Art was still this talk radio show’s host. [The show is entirely his creation.] And his young caller reminded him about how he had asked for one of his psychic listeners to please call in and tell him where he’d placed his lost watch. And, on this call she reminded him that she was the one who had previously called in and told him exactly where his missing watch was; and what the circumstances were as to how it had turned up missing.  

After reminding Art of how she had proven her psychic talents, in that previous call, she then went on to tell him about how her authentic talent was also telling her that the recent school shootings were caused by dark spiritual influences; just like that which was bothering the famous, and now deceased, author that I have already mentioned. 

Other issues caused by possessing spirits, or should I say oppressing spirits, include mental illness, war, crime, terrorism, suicide, insomnia, marital discord, road rage, and of course, our current topic, bullying.
