the best place to research literary agents. Not only do many have member pages
here, but you can search the publishing deals database by genre, category,
and/or keyword to pinpoint the best agents for your work. Subscription required.
"The Association of Authors’
Representatives (AAR) is open to agents who’ve been in business for at least
two years, and satisfy minimum sales criteria. Its website includes a list of
member agents, suggested questions for authors to ask prospective agents, and a
Canon of Ethics that excludes reading and evaluation fees, secret profits, and
